Founded in 1984, the company is located in Dayan Town, Zhuxiang, Fenghua Mountain Area, Ningbo City, where mahogany furniture and wooden crafts were mainly produced. Over the past 10 years, the company has been growing steadily, from dozens of original individuals to more than 200 people. From the original production of mahogany furniture industry, the company has transformed into Ningbo Shilin Crafts Co., Ltd., which integrates research, development and production of bamboo products. The company has focused on the research and development of bamboo and bamboo products'material technology and product innovation.

In 1994, the company moved its headquarters from mountainous area to Fenghua city, and registered Shilin trademark. Its products have developed from single bamboo and wood chopsticks to more than 10 series of products with thousands of specifications, such as practical crafts, gifts and household goods. It has become a professional bamboo product processing enterprise of considerable scale.

In 2004, the company built a new 30 mu land workshop in Fenghua Economic Development Zone. While adding a large number of equipment, it introduced more advanced management concepts, marketing strategies, talent strategies and service concepts, seized the golden period of bamboo products industry development at the beginning of this century, and made the company develop into a well-known brand company in the country.

In 2014, with the growing business, we started sailing. In view of the industrialized production of bamboo products, we purchased 60 mu of land in Ningbo Bamboo Industrial Park, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, a total building area of 32743 square meters and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Ningbo Bamboo Rhyme Home Appliances Co., Ltd. was established.

At present, the company has five factories, which have formed a complete industrial chain from raw material acquisition, product research and development, product production and manufacturing to finished product sales.
